Every time the good guys were going to get a step ahead, it was snatched away, to my cries of 'noooooooo' into the wee hours of the morning.

I also loved the beginning, and the graphic descriptions of the dome coming down. And the supermarket riot, c'mon, it was amplified fiction if I could be allowed to call it that. (I gave it 5 stars on my blog).Tracey (My4Bucks)http://myfourbucks.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5060047013304842896.post-59238021795520093232009-12-18T12:10:41.652-06:002009-12-18T12:10:41.652-06:00I was kinda interested in reading this one even th...I was kinda interested in reading this one even though I am not in any way shape or form a Steven King fan. I enjoyed Hearts in Atlantis and Bag of Bones but that was about it, but something intrigued me about this one. I think I will give it a shot but it really is a HUGE book to commit to for such mixed reviews. I think I have heard more bad reviews about it than good ones.

Looks like we both had not such great things to say about our books this week.

:) L.Lauren {Geeb}https://www.blogger.com/profile/12127992084400995650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5060047013304842896.post-66976190316684896562009-12-17T22:10:15.764-06:002009-12-17T22:10:15.764-06:00This is what I have been waiting for, an honest re...This is what I have been waiting for, an honest review of King's new book. I used to be such a huge king fan, the local indi book store would hold the first book from King for me. I would be at the store before it opened. After Misery it seems his writing has gone down hill, though I did enjoy The Green Mile. I was hoping after taking some time off King would come back strong, but it sounds like he has not. I will stay far away from the Dome.SariJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11576155931734364322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5060047013304842896.post-89847746661953385082009-12-17T05:08:15.965-06:002009-12-17T05:08:15.965-06:00dammit, i've been looking forward to this one!...dammit, i've been looking forward to this one! i'm still gonna read it though, hopefully i won't mind it too much.Danielle Zappavignahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10493099952285137131noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5060047013304842896.post-19695909863435431852009-12-16T19:06:41.475-06:002009-12-16T19:06:41.475-06:00didn't care for it either, i'm afraid. you...didn't care for it either, i'm afraid. you said it nicely.D Swizzlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15148118403462060553noreply@blogger.com
